I was flipping channels Friday night, and lo and behold, there was one of my all-time favorite shows of all-time forever and most favorite...ever...
...then it dawned on me, just how much violence I was exposed to as a child...
...of course, in the end, the Dynamic Duo got their man...

At some point in my childhood, my mother prohibited my brother and I from watching Batman and The Three Stooges. They were too violent, she said, and caused us to act in a violent manner. She never figured out that allowing us to play and watch football had a bigger impact on us than a television show.
