So I had a case of deja vu today, and, as always, it just freaked me the hell out. Usually when I experience it, I get a sensation of vertigo along with it. I don't know if it had anything to do with the migraine I woke up with this morning, but I always forget to think about it if it happened the last time I got one...
Anyway, I decided to read up on it (deja vu) and found a few explanations...the Oxford definition is some tired-head-causing heavy reading, but it's closer to what I think is the truth than the earlier definition pushing that crazy-ass Freudian explanation...one of the most interesting scientific things I've read in the past is that it is a visual misfire between your two eyes and the brain, but there are a few holes in that hypothesis too...alls I know is I had already seen what I saw this morning, and I doubt I dreamt it up before then...
For some reason, this picture is the kind of image I think of when I hear "deja vu"...one of those infinite reflection pictures...I just used this particular pic because I already knew about it, and I like to nerd it up sometimes...
